WEST DEPOT ARCHITECTURE IS NOW 206 ARCHITECTS

In 2025, West Depot Architecture merged with Isom Ham to form 206 Architects, combining decades of experience in hospitality, commercial, and historic architecture. West Depot Architecture, established in 2009 by Joe Seipel-Parks, AIA, brought strengths in historic rehabilitation, commercial design, and client-centered planning. Joe joined Isom Ham as President in 2023, initiating a natural evolution toward a unified, multidisciplinary firm.

Founded in 1988, Isom Ham became a leading hotel architecture firm in the Southeast, completing over 250 projects across 17 states while offering clients the unique advantage of experience as both architects and hotel owner-operators.

The merger was driven by a shared commitment to thoughtful, client-focused architecture. Under the new name, 206 Architects, the firm continues to deliver exceptional design rooted in the combined legacies of both teams. From hotels to commercial spaces and adaptive reuse projects, 206 Architects is dedicated to creating places that reflect purpose, identity, and vision.
